For every parent, watching your child move to a new stage of development is always very heart warming. The part toys play in achieving these developments can never be over emphasised. Toys, with a range of types and functions have always played an important role in the growth and development of little children.

The toddler years are one of the most difficult times for kids, because here is when they learn walking, speaking, develop motor skills, and learn to be by independent. At the toddler years is when they need activities that will improve their sensory skills, motoring skills and at the same time keep them interested. From times past, we already know that children love to play with toys which they can easily handle, or manoeuvre with little or no difficulty. Push and pull toys fit exceptionally well into this category. As the name suggests, they are toys that children play with and either pus or pull

Push and pull toys play an integral part in the development process for toddlers. Yet they are extremely simple to use, and yet provider unending hours of fun for toddlers. Push and pull toys include but are not limited to: trains, baby walkers, bricks and blocks and wagons.

When babies get to a certain age, they want to move about, with or without your help. That’s where push and pull toys come in. They help babies achieve this herculean task. The toys encourage the babies take little steps, build their motor-driving skills and learn to balance.

Push and pull toys come in so many shapes, sizes and forms. I came along a great website that has quite a few of these ranging from the dancing alligator, pull along wooden snail, walk and roll wooden baby toy to the pull along sorting train.
