The happiness of people does not depend on the emotions and joys that come from superficial impressions, dependent on knowing how to enjoy the fundamental things, that is often very simple.

Happy people do not waste time envying the good fortune of others, not yearn for the past or the future. Savor the present moment, joyful living, enjoying his job, his family, good things around them...
